Product Introduction
Self‑propelled glass vacuum lifter is a mobile glazing robot covering load capacities from 300kg up to 800kg, equipped with manual 360‑degree rotation. DXGL‑LD300 to DXGL‑LD600 deliver 3500 mm maximum lifting height, while the DXGL‑LD800 reaches 5000 mm. This battery‑driven suction machine uses dual 12V batteries as standard; 2*12V‑100Ah for 300‑600kg models and 2*12V‑120Ah for the 800kg unit. Independent drive and lifting motors are fitted, paired with modular 300 mm diameter suction cups in 4‑,6‑ or 8‑cup setups. Purpose‑built for construction‑site assembly, curtain‑wall fitting, window fitting and stone panel moving, this mobile vacuum handler cuts manual workload and lowers risks of glass breakage during transfer.
Fully electric with wired handle control, the unit features a compact 840 mm overall width, enabling easy movement inside workshops and confined building sites. Machine lengths vary between 2560 mm and 2800 mm. Specially‑fitted front and rear rubber wheels cope with uneven ground surfaces. The hydraulic telescopic boom delivers consistent extension and lifting performance, while the vacuum system maintains secure hold on tempered glass, laminated glass, marble slabs and composite panels.
