Self Propelled Electric Articulated Boom Lift DAXLIFTER DX09-DX20 Series
Self-propelled electric articulated boom lift DAXLIFTER DX09, DX11, DX14, DX16, DX18 and DX20 are battery-powered aerial work platforms with max working height from 11.3m to 22.5m, max platform height ranges 9.3m~20.5m, max lift capacity between 200kg and 350kg. This electric articulated aerial boom lift delivers flexible outreach performance, max working radius up to 11.8m, max up and over clearance from 4.2m to 9.4m, designed for indoor and outdoor overhead maintenance, building decoration, facility installation and inspection tasks on rough ground.
Main Features & Rotation Performance
The articulated boom aerial work platform comes with a rotatable work basket, platform rotation ±80°, jib rotation ±70°. DX09, DX11, DX14, DX16 adopt 355° turntable rotation; DX18 and DX20 support 360° continuous turntable rotation. The standard drive configuration is 2×2 for DX09-DX16 while DX18 and DX20 use 4×2 drive & steer system. Max gradeability reaches up to 45% to negotiate uneven construction sites. The tilt sensor triggers alarm at 3° max working angle to guarantee operator safety.
Dimension & Platform Specification
Platform dimensions: DX09/DX11/DX14/DX16 use 1.4*0.7m or 1.4*0.76m basket; DX18/DX20 use larger 1.8*0.76m platform, allowing 2 to 3 occupants to work simultaneously. Stowed length varies from 5.2m to 8.99m, stowed height 2.0m or 2.38m, machine width 1.27m~2.49m. Wheelbase ranges 1.75m to 2.5m, center ground clearance from 0.14m to 0.3m for passing over bumps on site. Outside turning radius ranges from 3.2m to 5.0m for flexible movement in limited space.
Power & Optional Configuration
Power system uses 48V battery pack: DX09/DX11/DX14/DX16 equipped with 48V/320Ah battery; DX18/DX20 adopt 48V/420Ah battery. Pump motor is 4kw for DX09-DX16 and upgraded to 12kw for DX18/DX20. All models have 3.3kw drive motor and 24V control voltage. Optional LFP lithium battery and solid non-marking tires are available upon request.
Application & Advantage
The machine total weight ranges from 5200kg up to 10000kg. Travel speed in stowed condition is 4.5~5.1km/h. All electric boom lifts produce zero emission, quiet operation, suitable for warehouse, shopping mall, factory, stadium and exterior building maintenance.
