DAXLIFTER DXGL-N Glass Vacuum Lifter Stacker
Glass vacuum lifter stacker offers load capacity options from 300kg to 800kg, with a standard lifting height of 1600mm and overall machine height of 2080mm. The suction frame size is available in 1000*800mm and 1600*900mm, equipped with Φ300mm vacuum suction pads in quantities of 4,6 or 8 units. Models DXGL-N300,400,500,600 support manual 360° rotation, while DXGL-N800 adopts electrical 360° rotation. All models feature electrical 90° tilting function. Its driving speed is 4km/h under load and 6km/h without load; lifting speed reaches 80mm/s loaded and 130mm/s unloaded, falling speed is 110mm/s loaded and 90mm/s unloaded. Built with electromagnetic braking system, horizontal driving wheel Φ250*80mm and front wheel Φ150*50mm. The driving motor is 1.2KW and lifting motor is 1.6KW. Battery configurations include 2*12V 100Ah, 120Ah and 150Ah with stepless speed regulation control. This mobile glass handling forklift integrates stacking travel, vertical lifting and vacuum suction, specially developed for glass panel transport, tilting and positioning in glass processing plants, window & door workshops and curtain wall installation sites.
