Stone Slab Vacuum Lifter
Walking glass vacuum lifter includes 5 models with load capacity from 300kg,400kg,500kg,600kg to 800kg, all supporting 360° manual rotation. DXGL-LD300~DXGL-LD600 reach max lifting height of 3500mm while DXGL-LD800 max lifting height is 5000mm, all adopt walking style operation method. The 300kg-600kg units are equipped with 2*12V/100Ah battery, DXGL-LD800 uses 2*12V/120Ah battery; charger options:24V/12A,24V/15A,24V/18A. Walk motor is 24V/1200W or 24V/1500W, lift motor is 24V/2000W or 24V/2200W. Overall width of all models is 840mm, length ranges from 2560mm to 2800mm, suction cup size 300mm with 4/6/8 suction cups optional. This self-propelled glass suction robot is widely used for glazing installation, stone slab handling in construction sites, glass factory and stone workshop, popular for customers from Europe, Australia, Middle East, Southeast Asia and North America.
This mobile vacuum glass lifter is battery-operated with hydraulic telescopic boom. Operators can drive the machine to move, lift and rotate glass panels, marble, granite slabs and other flat sheets. Built-in vacuum pressure alarm system prevents unexpected falling of materials. The outrigger stabilizers enhance safety during high position installation. It replaces manual handling and heavy cranes, greatly saving labor cost and speeding up curtain wall construction progress.
