DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD Series Mobile Glass Vacuum Lifter
DAXLIFTER DXGL-LD series mobile glass vacuum lifter is a self-walking glazing robot with 5 optional models: DXGL-LD300(300kg), DXGL-LD400(400kg), DXGL-LD500(500kg), DXGL-LD600(600kg), DXGL-LD800(800kg). All models support 360° manual rotation; DXGL-LD300/400/500/600 reach max lifting height 3500mm while DXGL-LD800 reaches 5000mm. Adopting walking style operation, the machine uses 2*12/100 battery for LD300~600 and 2*12/120 battery for LD800, with charger 24/12, 24/15 or 24/18 separately. The walk motor is 24V/1200W or 24V/1500W and lift motor is 24V/2000W or 24V/2200W. Overall width keeps 840mm, length ranges from 2560mm to 2800mm, equipped with 300mm suction cups in quantity of 4,6,8 for different models. This vacuum glass handler is engineered for safe and efficient installation of glass curtain walls, architectural glass panels, stone slabs and composite panels on construction sites.
This mobile glass suction lifter features telescopic boom and heavy-duty suction cup frame, allowing operators to finish glass grabbing, lifting, extending and rotating via remote control. The solid rubber front and rear wheels enable stable movement on rough construction ground, indoor workshop and narrow passageways. The vacuum glazing robot greatly reduces manual labor and lowers risks of glass breakage and worker injury during facade glazing work.
