2. Equipment Positioning and Space Requirements

Allocate a space of at least 6.5 meters (length) by 2.7 meters (width). The minimum ceiling height should be no less than 5.5 meters.

· Column Installation:

Align the four columns precisely, and use support beams to maintain balance. Large components such as crossbeams can be lifted into place with a crane or forklift.

3. Hydraulic System and Safety Devices

· The hydraulic cylinder is typically pre-mounted on the rear of the intermediate platform. The cable runs through a pulley system to the top of the columns.

· Safety Features:

Each column must be equipped with dual safety locks, including adjustable ladder-style locks and emergency automatic locking mechanisms to prevent falls in case of cable failure.

· The control panel and hydraulic power unit are usually installed behind the platform or inside the main column housing.
