U-shaped lifting table is specially designed for lifting pallets, named after its tabletop that resembles the letter “U.” The U-shaped cutout in the center of the platform perfectly accommodates pallet trucks, allowing their forks to easily enter. Once the pallet is placed on the platform, the pallet truck can exit, and the tabletop can be raised to the desired working height according to operational needs. After the goods on the pallet are packed, the tabletop is lowered to its lowest position. The pallet truck is then pushed into the U-shaped section, the forks are slightly lifted, and the pallet can be transported away.

The platform features load tables on three sides, capable of lifting 1500-2000kg of goods without the risk of tilting. In addition to pallets, other items can also be placed on the platform, as long as their bases are positioned on both sides of the tabletop. 

The lifting platform is typically installed in a fixed position within workshops for continuous, repetitive tasks. Its external motor placement ensures an ultra-low self-height of just 85mm, making it highly compatible with pallet truck operations.

The loading platform measures 1450mm x 1140mm, suitable for pallets of most specifications. Its surface is treated with powder coating technology, making it durable, easy to clean, and low maintenance. For safety, an anti-pinch strip is installed around the bottom edge of the platform. If the platform descends and the strip touches an object, the lifting process will automatically stop, protecting both goods and workers. Additionally, an bellow cover can be installed underneath the platform for extra safety.

The control box consists of a base unit and top control device, equipped with a 3m cable for long-distance operation. The control panel is simple and user-friendly, featuring three buttons for lifting, lowering, and emergency stop. Although the operation is straightforward, it is recommended to have trained professionals operate the platform for maximum safety.
